• Business information: business name, phone numbers, and configuration settings
• Call data: recordings, transcripts, and caller information from calls handled on your behalf
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve the AI receptionist service
• Send you call notifications and account communications
• Process your subscription payments
• Personalize AI responses for returning callers to your number

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) and encrypted storage. Call recordings are stored privately and accessible only to you. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate the platform: Retell AI (call handling), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). Each of these providers maintains their own privacy policies.

5. Call Recordings

Calls to your AnswerAI number are recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for complying with call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. We recommend disclosing to callers that their call may be recorded.

6. Data Retention

Your call data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@yourdomain.com.
